On Wednesday, May 31, will take place th CRIT Networking Day, the usual annual meeting aimed at stimulating innovation opportunities, new relationships and projects between CRIT network companies (Partners Companies, Accredited Suppliers, External Companies)
This year’s meeting will focus on the theme “Success stories for the Future Industry”.
During the session named “Sustainable Manufacturing, circolar economy and new materials” we’ll be protagonists along with System Spa into the presentation of a project developed together: “Co-design and Metal Replacement: the example of Multigecko sucker”
The contribution of R&D Manager from our FMLab, Eng. Giacomo Davoli together with Mr. Marcello Borghi from System Spa, will be the testimony of how close collaboration already in the engineering phase can lead to the achievement of target in tight times with excellent results.

Bologna June the 9th and 10th: for the fifth year in a row, FM will attend with its own R&D Laboratory – FMLab – to R2B, Research to Business, the International Exhibition of Industrial Research and Innovation with its multisectoral offer of new technologies.
In conjunction with R2B it takes place Innovat&Match, two days of one-on-one meetings in order to find commercial/technological/research international partners.
FMLab will present this year, as well as real case-history of metal-replacement projects (substitution of metal with polymeric materials), the testing service necessary to quantify the mechanical, thermal or tribological performance of plastics.
Via ISO/ASTM standard test or special test on specimens/molded products tailored for each specific case it is possible to have easy-reading results.
